After you have ordered something, of course you want to be able to wear it right away. That is why we at WE LOVE TIES do our utmost to deliver your package to your home as quickly as possible. If you order on a workday before 16:00 hours, your order will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium you will almost always (>97%) receive your package the next day, even on Saturday. (Excluding Sundays) For deliveries to Germany, please allow for one additional business day. Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. 

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, because we know how much you want to wear your new purchase!

At WE LOVE TIES we use the delivery services of DPD for deliveries within the EU and PostNL for deliveries in countries outside the EU. We always ship with "Signature For Receipt". If you are not at home when the deliveryman delivers the package to you, DPD will try again the next day. Is the 2^e delivery attempt also unsuccessful? Then DPD will deliver your package to a collection point. You will receive an e-mail at which pickup point you can pick up your package.

You will always receive an email confirmation when we have received your order. On the day of shipment you will receive an email from our shipping partner SendCloud containing a tracking number from DPD, so you can check yourself when you will receive your order.

For all orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands, shipping is free from € 50,-. For orders under € 50,- you pay € 5,90 shipping costs. For orders from Belgium and Germany, shipping costs for all orders are € 7,90. For orders from all other countries within the European Union (EU), different shipping costs per country apply. Countries outside the EU we ship to are: Canada, United Kingdom, United States and Switzerland. Shipping is done by PostNL. This is subject to a different rate. The package is sent with a track & trace code. Costs are € 55, - excluding import duties.
