All payments are made through the secure online payment platform Pay.nl. The actual payment takes place in the secure environment of Pay. This means that your payment information is not passed on to WE LOVE TIES or others, but only to the secure and certified payment environment of Pay. Your data are fully protected and cannot be read or retrieved by us.

Bank Transfer

When you choose to pay via a SEPA bank transfer you will be directed to our payment platform PAY. There you will find all the necessary information to make the bank transfer. You will also receive an email with payment instructions. Please note that it may take some days (1-2 days) before we receive the payment. Please note a longer delivery time: we will not ship your package until we actually receive the payment. The items ordered are not reserved for you.

Gift voucher

A gift voucher issued by We Love Ties is valid for one year and redeemable at any time against items in the online shop. Entering the unique code mentioned on the voucher entitles you to the credit. You do not have to spend the received amount in one order. The remaining amount remains valid. Even if you order more than the amount on the gift voucher, you can always pay extra with your selected payment method. The We Love Ties gift voucher cannot be returned and cannot be redeemed for cash.
