How can I return my ordered item(s)?

Of course, if an item does not quite meet your expectations, no problem. You can always return an item to us and receive a full refund, even if it is a discounted item. We have a 14-day return period after you receive your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns are at your own expense!

Please follow the instructions below to ensure the shipment and processing of your return(s) goes smoothly:

Complete the return form you received with your order:

1. Enter your name and order number.
2. Enter the item number and indicate how many pieces you will return per item.
3. Choose the reason for return.
4. Enclose this completed form in the box.
5. If necessary, cut out the strip with the return address and stick it on the top of the box and don't forget to put your name and address on the box.
6. Ship the items in the original packaging with attached cards in a good protective box or envelope, such as the packaging in which you received the items.
7. Ship your return package with a carrier of your choice. (Note: this is at your own expense) Keep the proof of delivery until we have processed your return. You can also return your return to us via regular mail if it fits through the mailbox. Please note that this is at your own risk. We cannot refund lost shipments. Insufficiently stamped shipments and cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted or refunded.
